This is probably my most popular video (14,000 views so far) and one on which I receive a lot of comments and questions.
If you have a few minutes to try it out then see how you do. If you find your balance challenged, don’t worry. Thats part of the challenge (hey, I wouln’t give it to you if it wasn’t challenging!)

Functional Running drills.
If you have ever wondered what to do in the gym to improve your running then wonder no more. This video is designed to give you the 3 best exercises possible to do when at your local gym. Note that these are not the regular exercises you would see people do – they are specially built to integrate the lower body, core and upper body (just like running does!)

Hey Mara! If you need 3 inches then I would make sure you have a bodyfat test done just so you know which of those 3 inches are muscle and which are ‘excess booty baggage’. How many times a week? Get down with your bad self and see what happens? Probably between 2-4 times a week but that would depend on what level of fitness you had now, how much you work out otherwise, the equinox of the moon etc…

Thanks for the informative info .. Loved the videos.. Must try to come up with something myself. I am just camera shy.. The glute exercise really helped alot.. I am at a plateau and could not figure out what to do to improve my glutes just that bit more.

I would love to know if you can reduce the saddle bags, I sit for my job. I work out all the time and eat very healthy. A doctor told me that the only way is to have it reduced is lipo suctioned off. It is not horrible but enough where I would like to reduce it a bit. Is there a good exercise that really targets that area? My waist is thin but due to this things dont lay as smooth with that bulge on each side of my upper thighs.
Hey Janine – thanks for your question. Some doctors are not as up to speed as others on why the body retains fat in certain areas. Often times the bodies hormone profile can be to blame. Under stress much? I would get yourself checked out for cortisol – that might be a major factor there.
