WELCOME TO THE FITNESS INSIGHTS BLOG

Our goal is that every article within this blog goes beyond the standard regurgitated mis-information you have been spoon-fed throughout your own personal health and fitness evolution.

Atlas Functional Boot Camps and Personal Training sessions are designed to give you the tools to be fitter, healthier and happier than ever.

Atlas Training Workouts move the body in 3 planes of motion to improve overall function and work the ‘hard to get to’ areas of the body for maximal fat-burning and postural improvements.

Your result is accelerated results through total body conditioning

While my official title is ‘personal trainer’, I have been lucky enough to work with some of the smartest (and thankfully for me, more generous and patient) names in the healh & fitness industry. I have worked with a variety of clients – these testimonials represent a collection of stories that I found particularly inspiring.
