Weight Loss can be a complicated thing.  Getting results to stick around long term can be even more complicated.  I think I have found something that can make weight loss something that is realistic – but it doesn’t start on the plate.  It starts in your mindset.

Just saw this YouTube video from Heidi, one of my favorite Denver personal trainers -  and was blown away.  Normally I make these posts way too long, but not today.  I am going to let her video do the talking

Heidi doesn’t necessarily nail it down to weight loss, but anyone who ever wondered how their mindset took them astray will understand where she is coming from.

Believe it or not, this is Heidis second ever youtube video.  I am looking forward to more.

Would you like to see more of these vids?

Let me know what you think of Heidi’s thoughts by commenting below and I will pass it on to her – don’t be bashful, she needs the feedback!

Yours in health,

Hey guys. Just spoke to Heidi in person – she said she had a great time making these vids but worries she gave too much info. Is she right? Is your head hurting right now? :) Let me know!

I thought the amount of info. was just PERFECT!! Not too long and not too short!! Very upbeat, inspirational and easy to watch!! I love love how Heidi did not tell us what foods we need to cut out of our “diet” and what sacrifices we need to make, she left that open for us to choose what works best for us!!! Heidi’s videos left me feeling like my goals are totally attainable, within reach, and won’t leave me feeling deprived! I don’t have to skip out on get togethers with my friends simply so I can achieve my goal. I just have to ask myself “WHY” before I make the choices I do.

Thanks Sarah! So you are pretty much saying it was perfect even though she didn’t have an australian accent or freakish height? Wow… goes to show that real talent actually can get you somewhere :)

Thanks for the comment!
